Hi, my name is Nathan Withnall, welcome to MindWalkTherapy. I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist, meaning I use and blend different therapy models to tailor my practice to the unique needs of each client. I am based in Manchester, and have helped individuals manage a wide range of mental health conditions, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, understanding attachment repair and childhood attachment. I also work in the NHS in a talking therapy service, where I have ran group sessions and supported many people. My holistic approach empowers clients to improve their overall wellbeing.

Yes, everything that is said during a session is private. With your consent notes will be made after sessions, for my own personal use, however, all notes a kept in a secure manner, where I will be the only person who can access them.
Looking for a therapist is hard enough. Trying to figure out what form of therapy is another. As I work integrative, I use a blended approach, meaning I work using different models of therapy so I can work with you to tailor our sessions to your needs.
